If you paid via escrow, your money is safe — it's held by Vendopage and hasn't been sent to the seller. Open a dispute from your order page, or WhatsApp us at +234 701 782 0434. We'll investigate and issue a refund if the seller can't be reached.
Yes. Don't confirm delivery. Open a dispute from your order page and describe what arrived vs what was listed. Send photos if you can. Our team reviews all disputes within 48 hours. If the item doesn't match the listing, you get a full refund — the money is still held by us.
Once an order is confirmed (or auto-released after 72 hours), payouts are processed to your verified bank account — usually the same business day. If it's been more than 24 hours after confirmation, WhatsApp us directly with your order reference and we'll fix it immediately.
Go to your dashboard, open the order, and tap "Mark as Shipped." Enter the courier tracking number or your driver's phone number. Vendopage automatically sends the tracking details to the buyer's email so they can follow their delivery.
Absolutely. The free Catalogue Mode lets buyers browse your store and tap to message you directly on WhatsApp. You handle payment yourself — bank transfer, mobile money, cash, whatever you prefer. Enable Store Mode only if you want payments directly on your page with escrow protection.
